Contributions Widget not updating often

The contribution widget in the github app does not show the same data/chart as on the website

It should be updated daily, are you seeing data older than 24 hours?

Oh I see, thats probably it. I thought it was a realtime view, similar to the one on github website. Is it possible to make it update more frequently?
