when adding new organization, github is saying it exists, but when i got to github.com/organization_name -> page doesn't exists

One of following might be the reason:

1. The organisation exists but is private, so you can't access github.com/organization_name.
2. The name might be reserved by GitHub due to a past organisation or some system-related issue.

Thank you all for your replies. The issue is that i've created this organization with a different github account and I've deleted it later, but I think the reference is still there.
