Moving from Enterprise back to Github Teams

Hi. Does anyone have an idea on how to rollback from Github Enterprise to Github for Teams? I was reading through some docs and it says that we should contact Github for Support... but they aren't replying.

Any ideas in order to rollback back to Github for Teams?
