When reviewing a PR, you can leave comments within a file. You can also collapse that file to keep things visually clean.
However, if you leave comments and collapse everything, there's nothing indicating where you left the comments:
This makes it difficult to, for example, go back and edit comments, or delete comments because you realized halfway through your review that they're outdated.
Request
Perhaps a visual indicator on the file header to say "N comments" if that file has any comments applied?
