Hey! How is it possible to publish my repository? is it not going to be public? So, i dont know if the changes I am doing is working.

Unless you mark your repository as Private in settings, it is public by default

navigate to repository you want to make public. click on Settings as displayin

scroll down and you will see a title Danger Zone, go there and you will see an option like this, click on button change visibilty,
