Clean up database

Hi, I want to clean up all transactions from my database because of some issues but don't want to wipe it completely because I have already setup up quite some rules. Therefore I would like to just delete the transactions. I think I saw at some time some options under /admin but the current version only shows Empty Cache here. Is that available?
