Discord Bot: automating support queries

In support queries, there have been times when NGOs come across problems which were encountered by other NGOs and were resolved as well. Thus it becomes tedious to resolve same query and not-so-efficient way of doing things

Describe the solution you'd like
If we can automate such conversations using a Discord bot so that whenever a new discord forum post is created the bot parses the message sent by the NGO and suggest a couple of links that match their query in Glific documentation then there will at least be one level check on queries asked and also help in automating FAQs by improving the documentation

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Configuring discord bot : This is a good playlist to get started on how to automate bot which fits our usecase
2. One bump in this is that since we have switched to Discord Forum, which is a fairly new feature in Discord, right now there is no events supported for which we can configure bot to answer queries when a new post is created. Here's list of events that are supported
