Twice the RAM (520k vs 264k).
More powerful ARM cores (two Cortex-M33 cores instead of two Cortex-M0+).
Faster base clock (150MHz vs 133MHz).
It also has two RISC-V cores, though you can't use them at the same time as the ARM ones.
Looks like it's pin compatible with the existing Pico, though I've not received mine yet.
It also adds some other, at first sight, less interesting new features. It does cost a whole extra dollar, compared to the existing Pico.
