Port binding validation when creating a container

Is it interesting to get an overview of available port and used port ?

I m using a lot of ports on the same machine and it get confusing sometimes.
What will be great - to me at least - is a list for available ports remaining usable on a new container which can be put as a list in the container creation on the host port.
I see differents "ways" to implement it:

• a panel with port available or busy somewhere in the dashboard
• an autocompletion in the container creation/edit form which shows available port as a list while your typing and if the port is already busy, the text will appear red and the form will not submit.

We could prevent the user from using an already published port but I do not see how we would be able to list available ports.

I'll tag as an evolution and rename the issue.
