CI for sablier

Hi guys! I am not sure if I knocking the right door, but maybe you need CI for your project? I’ve noticed, that you already have some GH actions.

I am building free CI service that allow to test code under different platforms including Arch Linux / Debian / Ubuntu / Alpine. I thought the make build or Dockerfile build could be a good candidate for that … Let me know this sound interesting …
