Jannovar: Where to find the jannovar-cli-0.36.jar file?

Hello!

I'm trying to onboard to Jannovar, and got blocked at finding the jannovar-cli-0.36.jar file. I'm following the directions on https://doc-openbio.readthedocs.io/projects/jannovar/en/master/quickstart.html#quickstart.

The link in step 1 is broken, but I cloned both the v0.38 and v0.36 releases from https://github.com/charite/jannovar/releases. I could not find the .jar file in any of these repos, nor did it work to create my own jar file from the contents of the whole repo. All the commands with Jannovar rely on calling this .jar file, so I would appreciate any tips on finding this file.

Hello @amamywang , probably you wanted to post this to the Jannovar repository. However, I would recommend installing Jannovar via conda using the bioconda channel.
