Paused account reason skill issue

Hello. I was ddos'ed several times by Reverso for scraping them and I was too late to realize my plan limits were violated 10 fold on several metrics. I was explained that's why my account was paused. My ignorance led to me abusing your servers and I want to apologize. Now as I've fixed the ddos issue, can I stay at the hobby plan and have my account resumed?
