Create a snapshot system to quickly backup and restore to an other system.

My idea and i have it partial done is to have a command for backup the project files, db, redis and elastic data in 1 zip that you can transfer to an other system or someone else to restore the project.

For large magento 2 projects with a lot of products and a already build indexes in elasticsearch it is great thing to have to share it with some else.
