Why is this code only opening one app even though I have listed to open different apps. Please correct this code by pasting the right code below
And why can't we add this

The first question is that the usage of hmApp.startApp does not conform to the documented specification, please refer to the standard usage of https://docs.zepp.com/docs/1.0/reference/device-app-api/hmApp/startApp/, passing in the appid and url.

Second question, your idea is very good, but you can only achieve this effect in Zepp OS 2.0, by using VIEW_CONTAINER and setScrollMode.
