ARC Documentation

ARC Documentation is very confusing.

So, here is the example code of two arcs:

      color: SystemColors.color_sys_normal_graphic,
    })

So, from provided documentation it's not very clear what is X, Y and Radius.
It would be very helpful to see exact meanings of this parameters.

I guess, that x and y are coordinates of top left corner of the square. It would be much more helpful to be able to define center point.
