@PCDuc thank you for the ticket. This looks like a bug, the provincial exports aren't working right now. We will fix this shortly. Thank you for noticing!

Looking at this problem - the error originates from the NetworkCleaning scripts from Charles. Opened a ticket here Charlesfox1/Network_Cleaning#6

Now that we have WON, we don't need to clean the network as a post processing task and can create provincial dumps for the network including IRI and other attributes directly from ORMA. I will work on making this change.

@PCDuc - The provincial dumps are back and updated every 24 hours.
