What is the problem you're trying to solve
Emporous is not immediately useable by prospective developers and requires tribal knowledge to get started.

Describe the solution you'd like
ortelius/emporous-go should include a working local environment that is easy to start with docker + kind kubernetes to make getting started and developing emporous or hacaking on new projects leveraging emporous without undue demand on developers to get started.
