Set the current milestone-target on PR's #18

When creating a new PR for a ticket, we often want to add the PR to the board as well. Currently, the PR is already part of the project (due to this action), but doesn't show on the board, because the milestone-target is not set. I think for PR's it'd be fair to set it to the current milestone, as they're probably part of the current "sprint".

Not sure how to detect the current milestone though ... Maybe we could detect linked issues and use that milestone?

Thoughts?
