When you activate inside customer group this option : New customers need approve?
When you have a new customer, this one fill just the name, first name, email and password

In admin
1 It's impossible to change the customer status in on because, some information are required as the administrator does not know

In catalog
Also, when the customer is registrated, he is logged inside the catalog (session open). In this case, it's a problem, because the customer need to receive just an email and wait the approbation by the administrator and receive a new password for example
It's possible for the customer to create an order.

In this approach the registration is not correct and we do not need a password field. We need on registration for normal customer and one registration for this options (B2B approbation)

In Admin
Also inside the menu inactive customer must to be change because the terms in not correct : Must be customer to be validated for example.
