'Cookie Compliance Message' blocks the display of 'Navigation Bar' if 'Navbar Fixed Position' is set to 'Top' in the 'Navigation Bar' setting, until 'Cookie Compliance Message' is clicked away. This is just a minor issue, but it may hurt the site usability.
