In #338, Bakta's extern main data structure was refactored to fix some historical inconsistencies. Unfortunately, the literal value of the REPLICON_CONTIG constant was mistakenly overwritten from contigto sequence. Finally, this wrong value is exported to Bakta's JSON doc -> sequence.type.
