After downloading USFS maps, the list of maps drops down

Steps to reproduce

Menu > Plugins > The USA Maps > Enable
Menu > Maps & Resources > US map data > USFS > Download any map

Actual result

List drops down

Expected result

The list of cards remains in the same place

OsmAnd Version: 4.9.5.4968

The issue has been reproduced with these steps:

Menu > Plugins > The USA Maps (Enable it)
Menu > Maps & Resources > US map data > USFS (Download any map)

Actual: The list drops down unexpectedly.
Expected: The list remains in the same place.
