The bug has been reproduced.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the OsmAnd app.
2. Navigate to Menu → Travel guides.
3. The screen displays "Popular articles not found" instead of showing travel guide content.

Expected Result:

• The app should display travel guide articles instead of an empty state.
