UI glitch & Crash in Wikipedia

Description

UI to configure Wikipedia points on the map are shown only after reopening.

Steps to reproduce

• Turn on Plugin in Menu – Plugins – Wikipedia – Enable
• Go to Configure map – Wikipedia – tap on switch

• Tap on map cell after download

The bug has been reproduced.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Menu > Plugins > Wikipedia > Enable.
2. Center the map on a location where the Wiki map has not yet been loaded.
3. Open Configure map > Wikipedia > Enable.
4. Close and reopen the Wikipedia item.

Actual Result:

• The app offers the Wiki map for download after reopening the Wikipedia item.

Expected Result:

• Wikipedia maps should be displayed without requiring a reopening after enabling the Wiki layer.
