Allow to select size for widgets in Left / Right panel

I would like to to select size for widgets in Left / Right panel .

This is related to #18357, so we could disable specific widget size for Tablets which breaks UI for some large phones and density settings.

ToDo

• Add Settings screen for each widget on Left / Right panel. (Part of them already has it)
• Add new option: Size
• • Small – should use current layout (without name and separate units)
• • Medium – Use simple widget layout (from Top/Bottom)
• • Large – Use simple widget layout (from Top/Bottom)

Special cases:

• Next turn / Second next turn widget
