ppc64: images need to load USB HID & input modules #49

Many ppc64 images do not include or load USB HID modules, and this leads to the console being unusable for input.

The Debian images d5967b70-c382-4caa-bb6e-e55137bfc4ac/7b7d0d8b-b150-4e9d-90b3-45e0b202ce3e don't have them, but some of Ubuntu ones do.

CirrOS also doesn't include them, even upstream.
