if existing namespace:

add a dir for the app
add a ks.yaml for the app kustomization
add an ./app dir
add helmrelease, kustomization, ingress and potentially other resources like externalsecret

would be nice to have a cookiecutter or wrapped command for generating the boilerplate

this is a good starting place
