While loop is incorrectly implemented when MSG_PEEK is set using:

recv(socket, header, header_length, MSG_DONTWAIT | MSG_PEEK);

Original condition creates an infinite loop when MSK_PEEK is applied:

Line 936: } while ((recv_left > 0) || (flags & MSG_PEEK));

When changed to the following both PEEK and non PEEK requests return successfully:

Line 036: } while ((recv_left > 0) && ((flags & MSG_PEEK) != 0));
