A new shortcut that enables/shows the pivot and moves it to the location of the currently highlighted/hovered over single vertex.

A new shortcut that enables/shows the pivot and moves it to the location of the currently highlighted/hovered over single vertex.

I know it's an old request, but this would be very usefull to solid objects.
