Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, certain parts of the driver is spread out across multiple nodelets due to historical reasons. However, this architecture makes a bit harder to maintain and add new features.

Describe the solution you'd like
To be able of reducing repetitive parts of the code, a Single node/nodelet needs to support handling the different sources such as sensor/bag/pcap.
