Consistently failing test from conftest tests with barely any changes from main

Test test_create_mothership has been failing for me on a comparison of the fee to address.

No relevant changes have taken place from what I remember from main to the failing moments on these new branches.

Problem is comparison against a hardcoded address.

Passing behavior can be achieved by instead passing the fees fixture into the test and asserting the fees are sent to that.

@mikeyrf is that a satisfactory adjustment in your opinion?
