We use this doclet to built the REST API documentation, it does not work with Java 8 (some internal classes are missing).

Given this discussion FroMage/jax-doclets#61 and the lack of information on the internet, I suggest that we disable the REST doc generation when building with Java 8.
The idea would be to build our releases with Java 7 for now.

We could also use http://swagger.wordnik.com/ which is very nice looking and more helpful than the actual doc we have.
