Hello!

Thank you for the great pipeline and the interesting paper. I would like to try running the benchmark analysis and to integrate further methods into the repository in order to benchmark them on the same problem. In order to do this, a link to the data used in your project would be greatly appreciated.
If you have further suggestions regarding the integration of a further method (I would like to try some single cell foundation models), I'd be more than happy to hear about them, but I will also try to figure it out myself. Your hydra workflow seems built to be extendible.
