iOs App crashes when trying to display a picture #1326
Comments
No able to reproduce. A test account in your server would help to check if server is involved in the problem. If you want, you can forward such info to [email protected]. |
I see the ave issue. |
I have the same problem nearly 5 months after @MarSan2021 sent the report. (iPhone app crashes showing any image format) This is with the rolling release from 23rd of July 2024 @jesmrec As the issue is still open but without comments I imagine it was a problem with iOS 16.6.1 like @MarSan2021 had or like 16.1.2 like I (still) have. I will upgrade to the latest iOS (17.5.1) tomorrow and report back. Maybe it could be necessary to have a minimum iOS version for the iPhone app, or look at what changed in their api. |
@ALL issue could be closed. Updating to iOS 17.5.1 resolves the problem here at least. |
@azta let's keep it open till the reporter @MarSan2021 confirms it's ok |
Hello, confirming the issue happens on iOS 16.7. Given that the iOS app currently supports iOS 15 onwards, not sure the issue should just be closed with the solution to update to iOS 17+? Not all devices are able to update. |
something we can do here @felix-schwarz ? |
I am using the latest Version of the app (12.1 Build 288) on iOs 16.6.1 on iPhone 12.
When I browse a folder in the app, navigate to a directory and click on an JPG to display, the app crashes without error-message.
