Feature Request - Ability to ignore an application

You are a rock star for making this app! Coming from Linux, I struggled with other apps and you have no idea how happy it makes me to find this app!! The app is working perfectly and if you can add the ability to ignore an app via dot file or ui that would be incredible. Thanks again for blessing all of us!!

Hey! Thank you very much for your kind words! This FR was an idea I had from the beginning, but I never got around to implementing it. We already have an open issue for it here: #45. Feel free to follow that one, or if you're feeling adventurous, make a PR. 😎

It's not a difficult feature to implement; I just haven't prioritized it yet since I don't really need it.
