Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Can't currently add drafts or scheduled posts to tabs. That should be possible.

Additional context

Tabs are used to host fragments, and both DraftsActivity and ScheduledStatusActivity host the UI directly instead of hosting a DraftsFragment or ScheduledStatusFragment.

So that needs to happen first. Once it does this is straightforward.
