Thanks for letting me know. I'm a bit busy right now but will put it on my to-do list. I'm meeting with Harold Pimentel (the first author of the original sleuth) in a couple weeks to discuss sleuth and, more generally, improvements to differential expression from pseudoalignment results. I will bring this release issue up then and discuss plans for a future release. In the meantime, please use sleuth not through conda/docker. |
Thanks for the quick reply! In my case it is not possible as I am building a pipeline that can be used installation-free. Hopefully, the meeting with Harold Pimentel will solve it. |
Please tag a new release. I'm currently patching around this in the on-going Bioconda migration, but it's a fair bit of effort to maintain such patches. |
@dpryan79 thanks, I've tagged a new release; let me know if it works and if there's anything else you need me to do. |
thank u!! |
Hello,
Do you know when a new release will be released? Version 0.30.0 is not working as it is.
The error "Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘sleuth’:
object ‘h5write.default’ is not exported by 'namespace:rhdf5'" as been addressed in "#259", however when using Conda or Docker one cannot use the latest github version and so the package cannot be used.
Best,
Jerome
