agedbase comes from the Report file Report.sso in the SS3 output.

All issues are just off-by-one issues due to changes in the SS output from version to version

I'm confused by what SS3 is doing with the age bins in the CompReport.sso (which is the source for $agedbase in R).
The survey has 0 observed age-1 fish and 0 selectivity at age 1 so also 0 observed age-1 fish. But the age bins are specified as 1 to 15 for all age data, so I thought that the output would also have included those bins. Perhaps the specification of the age-1 selectivity at 0 via fixing the parameter AgeSel_P2_Acoustic_Survey(2) at -1000 causes the model to exclude that bin entirely from the output, resulting in different dimensions.
