FEATURE: Tile Layout

Right now all the blogs are displayed in a vertical list.
So I was wondering if I could arrange them in tiles fashion or something else?

@webfussel has created a tile layout that I am looking to bring over. This may take some time as I am currently refactoring the .scss to modules for #178.

this layout looks awesome, and the dark theme is kinda universal love.
Waiting eagerly for this feature.

School started back for me, so my time has been consumed. I am almost done refactoring to scss modules, then it'll be implementing this new layouts css.
