Describe the request
Nel servizio SOAP di notifica ricevute, il campo paymentDateTime della ricevuta e' definito come

pagopa-api/wsdl/xsd/paForNode.xsd

Line 230 in 68a23da

<xsd:element name="paymentDateTime" type="common:stISODateTime" minOccurs="0" />

mentre nel servizio REST di richiesta copia, viene definito come

pagopa-api/openapi/bizEvents.yaml

Lines 422 to 424 in 68a23da

paymentDateTime:
type: string
format: date

Expected behavior
Il servizio REST deve allinearsi a quello SOAP e definire il campo come date-time.
