[Bounty] Feature: Add the ability to set notification icons on buttons & menu items

Description: We would like the ability to add a notification 'dot' to any menu item or button on the site. This task is completed once this is made possible in the UI Kit.

• Please do not change the underlying structure of the menu. If it is not possible as you see it please consult with @hachiojidev or @RabbitDoge

• The menu is used on two projects currently, the exchange, and main Pancake site so the changes need to be controlled at the top-level menu
