Optimize doc output for c language #1

Doxygen optimizes the output for c++ instead of c.

Also in the warning there is a reference to c++
Try in the Doxyfile to add:
OPTIMIZE_OUTPUT_FOR_C = YES

Probably could be a sphinx problem:
