Not detecting any movies or TV shows

Downloaded and configured sub-zero 2.6.5.3268 and configured it in agents for movies and TV shows and noticed it doesn't add any subtitles.
open the log to debug an all i can see it is periodically(was set to 6 hours) this:

manually refreshing the metadata doesn't help either.

I experienced the same and found that in my case it was library settings. SZ wouldn't work with the new Plex scanners.
After changing the settings to the old (legacy) scanners everything was fine. I use:
'Plex Movie Scanner' instead of 'Plex Movie' -> The Movie DB agent
'Plex Series Scanner' instead of 'Plex TV Scanner' -> The TVDB agent
A restart of PMS might be required.

You guys might want to look into bazarr, as it's unclear how long the legacy agent will exist.
