Following the instructions in the previous README results in the error described here: #18
The --no-tags option was added to git in version 2.14

Changes:

Updated minimum git version in README.
Updated link to Docker image to use latest branch (6.x) from that repo, which has an updated version of git.


          Update required git version and Dockerfile link to resolve no-tags error
