I'd like to use semantic-release to publish changes - so that I don't have to manually increment Chart.yaml #2

Seems as though the plugins for semantic-release that I've found currently are designed for 1 chart at a time, which doesn't fit this pattern. For now, we'll just have that manual process.

The plugin I like right now is https://github.com/brpaz/semantic-release-helm.
