"Submitted" issues

I have two problems with files under "Submitted." One is that old submissions never voted on now give me "Error retrieving file content from repository." Are these gone for good? Alas, I have some original PN corrections among them. Even if I try to withdraw them from editorial review I get "We're sorry, but something went wrong." The other issue is Committed texts that have remained under Submitted. Examples range from 2016 to recent. Oldest is https://papyri.info/editor/publications/15514; most recent is https://papyri.info/editor/publications/113237#.
