Congestion statistics missing after FI upgrade to 4.2 #89

After upgrading to 4.2x of the FI firmware we no longer get any congestion traffic statistics.

Please let me know if I can assist with debugging this further.

System version: 4.2(2a)

Did it resolve? Logs will tell what's wrong. Take a look at #94.
