Every call has two events back, with one "ready" and one "invalid"

I tried to run the template, and found there's something wrong with the calls.

Whenever I made a transfer call, there was an red "invlaid" sign on top of the browser. But the transfer has finished successfully.

This picture shows the result when I used polkadot.js api to make a call

I checked the parachain log, looked like there's something wrong with the "author_unwatchExtrinsic" rpc.

Please help to see what happened. BTW, I used the main branch.
