Add relative date filter

Current Limitation

When saving a filter with a date field, the date is fixed. For example, to filter for all users who signed up in the last hour, the date filter is set fixed to now minus 1 hour. That means the saved filter would have to be updated and resaved.

Feature / Enhancement Description

Add relative date filter, for example 1 hour from now. The date selector could still be displayed but a checkbox with "relative date" could be checked, so that it does not store a fixed date, but the time difference from now.
