A pipe (|) would look nice, more tabular like a spreadsheet:

 Product Name  | Quantity    | Cost
 Foo Bar       | [[var=q]]   | =q * 5

A tab could also be pretty ergonomic - it would separate data and be less tedious to line up like a comma or pipe
